Objectives

  • To produce independent-minded, skilful and competent graduates that can contribute to the development of a just society for present and future generations;
  • To become a premier international university that provides need-based, consumer-driven and good quality academic programmes;
  • To integrate the UN Global Compact core principles of responsible management education in the curriculum; corporate sustainability – in achieving the sustainable development goals; human rights, labour, environment and ant-corrution.
  • To integrate the principles, values and practices of sustainable development into all aspects of university education and learning; and
  • To develop an entrepreneurial culture in which the concept of student as client, stakeholder involvement, increased accountability, and quality assurance procedures, are all a part.
